Teen Who Points And Screams At Police Officer "WHAT ARE THOSE?!" Shot In The Face CHICAGO - It is being reported that 18 year old Cedric Hutchin was shot and killed Sunday night by CPD officer after allegedly pointing his finger and screaming "WHAT ARE THOSE!" Cedric Hutchin a who has a long criminal record was pronounced dead at the scene. "WHAT ARE THOOOSE" is a newly popular phrase which originated from an Instagram video where a man a is also asking a police officer "WHAT ARE THOSE!", referring to his shoes. Although, not appearing to be a big deal, the phrase is actually an insult translating to "your shoes are so ugly and unknown, that we have no idea what they are", hence "WHAT ARE THOSE!" The CPD officer whose name has not been released had no idea about the trend and assumed Cedric Hutchin was pointing a gun at him he immediately fired his weapon shooting Cedric Hutchin 5 times 5 in his head. Cedric Hutchin was pronounced dead at the scene by medics who arrived a few minutes later. Authorities are warning people teens not to point anything at police officers. unnv.co
